Services - Homebuyer Education Seminars
Important:
As of April 2, 2010, HANDS will no longer be charging ANY Unincorporated Orange County residents for our Homebuyer Education Seminars.
City of Orlando residents will be charged $60 to attend the Orange County seminar if they have a pending purchase
address in the County.
AGAIN - registration is free for Unincorporated Orange County residents. DRIVER LICENSE WILL BE VERIFIED AT THE SEMINAR.
THOSE WITHOUT A LICENSE WILL BE CHARGED $60 at the seminar.
Class marked with a $ (dollar) sign denotes that a fee will apply for residents in areas not mentioned above.
NOTE:
If you are from any other County (i.e. Seminole) you may attend HANDS
Homebuyer seminars for a fee of $60 per person. If you AND your Spouse attend the same seminar day,
and have the same address on your Driver License (Licenses will be verified),
your Spouse can pay a reduced fee of $20. Spouses may not attend alone or the fee will be $60 - same as a single.

Our Orientation and prepurchase Homebuyer Seminars are designed to prepare you for the homebuying experience, which can be stressful if you do not prepare adequately.
Registration -- Select one of the classes above and submit the application form and payment method.
Notification -- Once your registration is submitted a seminar notification will be
emailed with a map to the seminar location and your confirmation number.
Requirements -- To attend a class/seminar, you must have filled a valid
registration AND have received your confirmation number .
No-show Policy --
No-shows will not be reimbursed for absence - but the fee will be honored for future HANDS'
seminars held within 60 days with no extensions if future seminars are already filled.
